How much does the service cost?
The GDSO Second Opinion Service costs €1,500.
What is included in the fee?
The service includes medical document review, specialist matching, secure data transfer, a specialist consultation, and a written second-opinion report.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Cancellation and full or partial refunds depend on how much work has already been completed, so please read our terms and conditions here for full details.
What is not included in the fee?
This fee does not include medical treatment, hospital services, medication, diagnostics, travel, and accommodation.
Is this a replacement for my doctor?
No. A second opinion is an additional expert review to help you better understand your diagnosis and treatment options.
What happens after I submit the form?
After completing the intake form and payment step, you receive secure portal access to upload your medical records for review.
What documents do I need?
Medical reports, imaging, diagnostic tests, and any other relevant records related to your condition.
Is my information secure?
Yes. Records are submitted through a secure portal with encrypted upload and restricted access.
Will I speak with a specialist?
Yes. The process includes a secure online video consultation with the matched specialist.
What do I receive after the consultation?
A formal written medical opinion with recommendations and next-step guidance.
What if no specialist is available for my case?
If no appropriate specialist can be identified within the stated timeframe, the consultation fee is refunded according to the terms and conditions.
Can you help with treatment in Israel?
Yes. If appropriate and requested, we can provide optional coordination and travel-related support.
